15+ years of engineering production infrastructure, from Apple and Netflix to Workday scale. Today I lead Thought Parameters, helping teams automate Google Cloud and AWS with Terraform, Kubernetes and CI/CD, with security designed in from the first commit.
About me
I’m a DevOps and cloud security engineer based in Placentia, California. My career started in data center and network operations at iControl, moved through Linux platform engineering at Apple and Netflix, scaled up with infrastructure automation at Workday, and includes nearly seven years leading DevOps for Fidelity Life Association.
Today I run Thought Parameters LLC, where I design Terraform-driven Google Cloud foundations, CI/CD pipelines into Kubernetes, and the IAM and compliance guardrails that keep them secure. I also serve as systems engineer and corporate secretary for JL Miller Electric, my family’s electrical contracting business.
I believe in boring, repeatable systems, clear documentation, and teams that don’t depend on heroes. Away from the keyboard you’ll find me enjoying good food, movies, and time with family.
